Founder
Founder of Work for Smile Charity, Mohammed Khairuzzaman has helped the charity since its establishment in 2012, from helping locals in Bangladesh to the charity relocation and further expansion of the charity causes. Mohammed Khairuzzaman personally is involved with charity fundraising, organisation, and promotion of new programmes for our charity, staff, members, and volunteers.

Afzal Khan, our Local MP, has been a truly valued member of the Work For Smile family. Afzal Khan has been an advisor and is our patron here at Work For Smile UK Charity.
SHARFANUR TARANNAM
Advising Director
Our Advising Director is responsible for holistic management of the organisation, involving the planning and event management of Work For Smile UK.
MOHAMMED SAMRAT
Managing Director
Mohammed Samrat is the managing director of the organisation, involved with charity planning and event management, responsible with organisation of charity collections, events and transportation of charitable goods.
MALIHA TAFANNAM
Social Media Co-Ordinator
Local Team Member, Maliha Tafannam is committed to being part of the change; involved with social media, providing advertising and social media management, to help expand the charity aid and connecting people with the Work For Smile UK charity cause.
